Over the span of 10 years, I co-founded and guided a design studio (FROLIC studio) with a focus on creating products that exist in both physical and digital spaces. Playfull and hands-on innovation was at the core of our philosophy.

As the founder, I personally led a multidisciplinary team of industrial designers, electronic engineers, and software experts, emphasizing a balance between leadership and direct involvement in projects. This approach not only refined my own hard skills but also fostered a dynamic studio culture stimulating the process of creation.

Driven by a passion for product development, I considered it crucial to stay at the forefront of technological trends. The studio evolved into a hub of creativity, collaborating with high-profile clients and inspiring professionals.

After a decade of leadership, I realised it was the right moment to explore new frontiers. This transition marked the end of a chapter defined by innovation, collaboration, and a commitment to pushing the boundaries of design. As I move forward, I carry with me a significant amount of experiences and insights gathered during those amazing years.
